Terms of Service

AI Resume Optimizer is an AI-assisted resume scoring and rewriting service. You upload a resume and paste a job description (or job URL); we return a match score, missing-keyword analysis, and a tailored rewrite. The output is a suggestion, not a guarantee of employment.

• You must be at least 16 to use AI Resume Optimizer.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for everything that happens through your account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts to share credits is not allowed.
• Provide accurate information at sign-up and update it if things change.

• Credit packs (Starter, Pro, Max) are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• One credit covers one full optimization (score + missing keywords + tailored rewrite for one job).
• Prices are shown in Philippine pesos and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may adjust prices for new purchases going forward.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active.

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable, since the AI processing has already taken place. To request a refund, email sales@sitsolutionsinc.com with your order ID.

Don’t use AI Resume Optimizer to:

• Submit resumes you don’t own or have permission to edit.
• Fabricate qualifications, employment history, or credentials.
• Scrape the service, automate sign-ups, or resell our output as your own product.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content that violates someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to extract our prompts, models, or training data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of your resume and anything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content so we can deliver the service (scoring, rewriting, storing versions). We do not train AI models on your content. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

The AI Resume Optimizer name, logo, site design, copy, and software are ours. You may use the rewritten resume we generate freely for your own job search; you may not pass off the service itself as your own.

AI Resume Optimizer improves how your resume reads to an ATS and to recruiters. Whether you receive an interview or an offer depends on many factors outside our control. We do not promise jobs, callbacks, or interviews.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may roll out features, fix bugs, or take parts of the product down for maintenance. We will give reasonable notice for planned downtime when we can.

To the maximum extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability to you for any claim related to AI Resume Optimizer is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost interviews, lost income, lost data, etc.).

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that have been inactive for more than 24 months. Closing your account deletes your stored resume versions; download anything you want to keep first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Metro Manila, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
